Dr. Carrie de Moor, MD, FACEP is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Driven Healthcare, a physician-led urgent and primary care clinic in Frisco, Texas, established in April 2020. Dr. de Moor is a native Texan born and raised in Mesquite who graduated with a psychology degree from SMU, earned her MD from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, and completed her pediatrics intern year at University of Texas Medical Branch. She then specialized in Emergency Medicine at Texas Tech El Paso, where she served as Chief Resident.
Before founding her clinic, Dr. de Moor served in leadership roles including Medical Director and ER Trauma Director at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth. She also held key positions in professional organizations, including President of the Collin County Medical Society and Project Access Collin County (2015–2017), and served on the Texas Medical Association Board (elected 2016). Additionally, she currently holds the position of President-Elect of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians.
