Jennifer Baer, NP is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience, and the founder of Horizons of Health in Clifton Park, New York. Early in her career, she gravitated toward integrative medicine and has since spanned both conventional and holistic modalities to deliver a truly individualized approach believing firmly that there’s no “one treatment fits all.”
Jennifer was a pioneer in the Capital District, becoming the region’s first provider to treat Lyme disease and other tick borne illnesses. Drawing upon her experience at a nationally renowned integrative center, she brought to her community advanced healing methods novel then, and still rare focused on detoxification and empowering the body’s innate healing capacities.
